MANTRA PANDANAS – DEMOLISH EXISTING CONCRETE DECK AND INSTALL TIMBER DECK

DESCRIPTION:

Scope Building NT Pty Ltd was awarded the contract for the required works to remediate rusting reinforcement within the existing concrete concourse and leaking issues associated with the lagoon pool and lap pool at the Mantra Pandanas.

The works included: During initial works it was discovered the concourse was beyond repair, this then required the complex demolition and removal of all existing concourse concrete, plants and soil, garden beds, bridges, structural supports and pool pipe work.

Once demolition was completed there was torchseal waterproofing, a screed to correct falls, all new pipe work for the pools, a new timber structural frame, new composite decking installed and some modifications to remaining balustrades, garden beds and fencing.

The Project was completed to a high standard, within the specified varied timeline, with no work safety issues.
