Scope Building has a Federally Accredited, certified and audit-maintained ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety System, and ISO14001 Environmental System.

Teamwork and Training
Our team at Scope Building comprises hard-working, qualified and skilled individuals – many of whom have been with us for ten years or more.  Training and professional development for staff across all trades, support staff and management is on-going.

Apprenticeships

We are proud of our apprenticeship program and the support we have given to young locals, 60 of whom have achieved Certification.

Committed to our Community

Scope Building is a member of Territory Proud.  We value our strong working relationships with local subcontractors.  We procure materials and equipment from local suppliers.

First Nations Support 

We take an active role in supporting Indigenous Employment through our associate membership of NT Indigenous Business Network.  Scope Building has substantial experience working for and with local Indigenous organisations.  We understand the importance of local relationships and cultural sensitivities especially when working in remote communities or on country.

Community Sponsorships 

Our support for the local community also extends to providing sponsorship for many sporting events, clubs and individuals, local schools and not-for-profit organisations.

Resources and Management

Scope Building is a well-resourced and financially strong private company, with well-maintained equipment and vehicles, experienced office staff, and efficient IT systems in both its Alice Springs and Darwin offices.   Executive Director Matt Bell, who founded the company, has been instrumental in developing the company’s reputation for excellence in construction.  The Darwin and Alice Springs Construction Managers report to the Executive Director and manage the construction teams.
