DESCRIPTION: 

 

Scope Building were awarded the contract for the refurbishments at Level 7, 9 Cavanagh Street.

The works included removal of some existing fittings and fixtures, benches and internal walls, alterations and additions to existing glass panels (including frosting) and doors, all existing services cabling re-terminated to existing relocated workstations, supply and install new office partitions, installation of acoustic blanket in ceilings, acoustic plasterboard to existing and new wall frames, installation of some new walls, supply and install new joinery including a lockable evidence cupboard, modifications to existing wardrobe, installation of new data and GPO points outlets, all associated Electrical, Fire, Security and Mechanical services, painting of new walls and patch and paint existing walls to match existing, installation of carpet tiles where needed to match existing.

The Project was completed to a high standard, within the specified varied timeline, with no work safety issues.
