DESCRIPTION:

Scope Building constructed the new Trade Skills Training Centre at the CDU Alice Springs Campus.  The project included a workshop, storeroom, offices, classrooms, ablutions, external storage and work areas, carparks, external paving, landscaping and stormwater system. The building was constructed with reinforced concrete footings and slab, structural steel frame, painted masonry walls, insulated steel roofing and wall cladding, internal plasterboard linings, ceramic tiling and vinyl sheet flooring.  The air conditioning, security and extensive electrical systems were connected to CDU’s Building Management System.
