DESCRIPTION:
Scope Building NT Pty Ltd were awarded the contract to complete refurbishments to Level 8 of the Charles Darwin Centre (Paspaley Building). Construction works consisted of:
- Remove existing workstations
- Reconfigure workstations in new areas
- New glass partition walls and doors, with computer cut frosting
- Joinery works • Reconfigure Air-conditioning system
- Reconfigure fire sprinklers/lighting system
- Reconfigure electrical and data points
- Upgrade Building BMS.
The project was finished within the specified timeline, to budget and to a high standard.
There were no WorkSafe issues.
