NYANGATJATJARA COLLEGE – NEW PRINCIPAL’S HOUSE, YULARA

and TEACHER ACCOMMODATION, DOCKER RIVER

Description:

Scope Building constructed this new house on the Yulara campus of the College. The project aimed to provide a high standard of amenity with spacious areas, quality finishes, maximum insulation, and deep Bondor-roofed verandah and carport.  Following the success of this project Scope went on to construct a multi-purpose classroom workshop, and upgrade classrooms and some areas of the boarding houses, and provide staff and visitor carports.

Scope assisted in the design development of the new 2-bedroom duplex for teachers accommodation at Docker River which included architectural design, structural engineering, site servicing plans and building certification.  Construction was completed within a tight program in time for term commencement.

Scope finished both housing projects to a high standard and an excellent client and contractor relationship was maintained throughout.
