DESCRIPTION:

Scope Building NT constructed this new state-of-the-art Palliative Care building on the grounds of the Alice Springs Hospital.

The site posed a major challenge in this project as existing services to adjacent buildings had first to be temporarily re-routed and then upgraded and relocated.  Stormwater re-routing was complex and Scope paid careful attention to identified sacred trees.

There are 10 patient rooms together with communal day living lounges, reception area and associated support and admin areas.  Scope provided the high-quality fit-out.

Scope delivered the preliminary earthworks, parking areas, fencing and landscaping.
