DESCRIPTION:

Scope Building NT Pty Ltd was appointed to undertake the upgrades of the wet areas at 66 Smith Street, level 6.   The works included demolition of existing blockwork walls, wall and floor tiles, toilet partitions, existing shower, hobs, timber skirting, all fixtures and fittings and existing standard doors and jambs. The refurbishment works included supply and installation of new stud walls lined with plasterboard and fibre cement in wet areas, insulation batts, two doors including frames and hardware, waterproofing and tiling of walls and floors to all wet areas, new vanity units, toilet partitions and all associated fittings and fixtures.

The works also included painting of the area and surrounds, the upgrade of comms and electrical, existing mechanical duct work and wet and dry fire services.

The project was finished within the specified timeline, to budget and to a high standard.  There were no work safe issues.
