Scope Building NT successfully completed the construction of the Discovery Centre at St Philips College.

Works included the construction of a single storey building for the middle school, located in the northeastern portion of the existing Campus, containing six classrooms, amenities and associated supporting spaces.

The Discovery Centre was constructed as a new innovative multipurpose learning facility for the school, with details such as natural light throughout, modern technology rooms and collaborative spaces. The facility is designed to enhance teaching practices and learning opportunities with a focus on environmental sustainability.

Constructed to the highest standards, the Discovery Centre is a valuable and long-lasting asset to the college, offering students and staff a cutting-edge space to engage in educational activities for years to come.

The project was finished within the specified timeline, to budget and to a high standard. There were no work safe issues.
