DESCRIPTION:
Scope Building NT Pty Ltd was appointed to undertake the construction of a shade structure incorporating a shaded seating area and a parking bay for night patrol vehicles. The works included excavation for the slab and footings, supply and install concrete slab and footings, structural steel, roofing, flashings, guttering and downpipes, powder coated art screens and associated framing and15lm of disabled compliant bench seating to Australian Standard AS1428.2.
The project was finished within the specified timeline, to budget and to a high standard. There were no work safe issues.
