DESCRIPTION:
Scope Building NT were awarded the contract for the Construction of the Endoscopy Equipment Cleaning Facility at the Alice Springs Hospital Day Procedure Unit.
This project comprised of demolitions, modifications, upgrades, and fit outs of specific areas within the Alice Springs Hospital Main Ward Block, to construct a contemporary Endoscopy Equipment Cleaning Facility for the Day Procedure Unit.
The works included Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fire & Medical Gas services/plant provisions, as well as various furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Areas of works undertaken included;
– Ground Floor – Paediatric Courtyard
– First Floor – Renal Ward (Ceiling Spaces)
– Second Floor – Day Procedure Unit (DPU) and adjacent areas
– Third Floor – Plant room areas
Works were completed to a high standard and within Budget. There were no WorkSafe issues.
