DESCRIPTION:  

This project comprised the construction of various facilities for use during Drag Racing, the works included a two storey Race Control Tower, media rooms, corporate VIP rooms, Club House areas, amenities, control room, a lift and stairs.  This new structure, together with the track lighting and timing systems provided by Scope Building has greatly enhanced the ability of the association to present more professional races and enhance the member’s and patron’s experience. 

Scope Building also completed all the on-site services required including removal and replacement of the PWC transformer, installation of septic tanks, on-site wastewater management, and installation of underground electrical services.   

Works were completed within budget and to an extremely high standard. There were no WorkSafe issues.
