Description:

Scope Building constructed this 40-place Childcare Centre in the remote community of Ntaria.

The new building comprised concrete slab, masonry and metal clad walls, structural steel roof frame and metal clad roof with insulated ceilings and walls.  Scope installed extensive electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, data and fire services.

External works included extensive concrete paving, shade structures, storage sheds, fencing, sand pit, landscaping works and a sealed carpark.

Scope Building employed local Indigenous labour during the project and provided on-the-job training in many aspects of the build.  The project was completed to a high standard and provided the community with a quality asset.
