Scope Building were awarded the contract for the refurbishments at the Charles Darwin Centre Level 7 – Operations Area Fit Out.
The works included demolition of existing office layout, Aluminium framed glazed partitions, relocation of 2 existing sliding doors, new biometric sliding doors, new office partitions, common elevated work floor area, Painting, carpet planks, electrical / data, mechanical, fire components and FF&E.
The Project was completed to a high standard, within the specified varied timeline, with no work safety issues.
