DESCRIPTION:
Scope Building were awarded the contract for the construction of the Charles Darwin University Aged Care Training Facility (Blue 7).
The works included installation of a concrete slab, Structural Steel, masonry and rendering, roofing, new wall framing – lined and insulated, flashings, exterior cladding & façade, installation of aluminium framed windows/doors, vinyl flooring, painting, concrete steps, handrails and pathway, additional carparks, landscaping, plumbing and Drainage works, electrical, data and Fire services, mechanical works and supply and installation of required associated fittings and fixtures.
The Project was completed to a high standard, within the specified timeline, with no work safety issues.
