Scope Building NT Pty Ltd was awarded the contract to undertake the modification works to Charles Darwin University’s building Green 4, at the Casuarina Campus. The works included Reconfiguration of the offices, demolition of kitchenette/reception station, construction of a meeting room and open plan office arrangement for up to 4 work-stations, reconfiguration of conference room with building extension into existing balcony/verandah for an open plan office arrangement for up to 6 workstations, building Finishes (Wall, Floor, Ceiling), acoustic treatments incorporated within open plan areas, repurpose and replacement of furnishings, alterations to building services as required including Fire, Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic and Communication infrastructure.
The Project was completed to a high standard, within the specified timeline, with no work safety issues.
