Scope Building NT were the successful contractors in completing the Refurbishment of the Level 1 Administration Building, at CDU Alice Springs Campus.

The site was located within the operational education facility with works coordinated to minimise impact on the facility. The CDU and Northern Territory Government VOCUS network hub was located within the site and had to remain uninterrupted throughout works. Management of electrical, mechanical, communications, and security shutdowns where managed via contingencies implemented by Scope Building.

The university engaged Scope Building to assist with an on-going case study into waste management and recycling of construction waste in the NT during this project, where improved opportunity for waste management and productive recycling were developed.

Works were completed to a high standard and within Budget. There were no WorkSafe issues.
